Why monthly
The tools change monthly. Your governance and your measurement have to keep up.
A model provider changes its model and your agent answers differently. A supplier adds a feature and half your staff start using it. A document is updated and the knowledge base is not. None of these are failures of the build; they are what happens after it.
AI Managed is priced monthly because that is how often something changes. It is cancellable in plain language because a service you cannot leave is not a service.

What people ask about AI Managed
Can you manage AI we did not build?
Usually, after a short Design review so we know what it is allowed to know and do. If it has no architecture, the review produces one.
What does monitoring actually watch?
Cost per task, answer quality against a sample, accuracy where there is a ground truth, latency, and drift: the slow change in behaviour that nobody notices until a customer does.
Is there a minimum term?
Month to month after the first quarter. The notice period is in plain language in the service agreement.
