Can we start with a solution without a strategy?
If the use case is clear, yes, after a short Design stage so the build has an architecture to follow. We do not build from a demo.
How are builds priced?
Quoted per solution from the design, in phases, with the pilot priced separately from the rollout. The quote holds because the design decided the scope.
What happens after go-live?
AI Managed: monitoring of cost, quality and drift, a monthly review, adoption coaching and a quarterly look at the next use case.
