What the content is
The content on this site describes the services we offer and is general information. It is not a quotation, an engagement letter or advice about your specific business. The engagement walkthrough on the homepage is an illustrative example of how our stages run, not a description of a client. Any figures shown as “from” are indicative starting points and are not offers.
The AI Opportunity Score
The AI Opportunity Score is a free self-assessment based on your own answers. It is indicative only. It is not advice, not an audit and not a substitute for the AI Readiness Assessment, which is evidence-based. Do not make investment decisions on the Score alone.
Aligned, not certified
Where this site says our work is aligned to ISO/IEC 42001, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework or any other standard, it means we design, measure and report against that standard and can show where. It does not mean Be AI or Be Digital Limited holds a certification against it, and we do not claim to. Certification is issued by an accredited body after an audit.
How services are contracted
Every engagement is described in an engagement letter or proposal that sets out the scope, the deliverables, the price and the terms. Nothing on this site forms part of a contract unless it is included in that document. Where an engagement involves another Be family brand, you contract once, with Be Digital Limited.
Third-party names
OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, NVIDIA and other product and company names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility or options. Their use does not imply endorsement or partnership unless stated in writing.
Intellectual property
The text, design, images, diagrams and code on this site, and the name Be AI 6D Framework, belong to Be Digital Limited or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not reproduce them commercially without permission. Architecture documents and other deliverables produced for a client belong to that client as set out in their engagement letter.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site, its hosting or any system connected to it, or use the forms to send unsolicited or abusive material. Abuse of the forms is rate-limited and logged.
Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, Be Digital Limited is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information on this site or on the AI Opportunity Score. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law and the New Zealand courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
