AI for Small business
You do not need an AI department. You need three things to work.
You are already paying for software with AI in it and using almost none of it, while the same three jobs eat your week. Small businesses do not need an AI programme. They need three things designed properly, in the order that pays.

Workshops that make AI understandable, without the hype.
Questions
What small business leaders ask us
Is AI consulting worth it for a business our size?
A short engagement is; a long one is not. The workshop and one designed project usually cost less than the software you are already under-using, and the packages page shows the structure so you can see where the money goes before you commit.
Can we just do this ourselves?
Some of it. The workshop tells you which parts, and we will say so plainly when a task is a settings change rather than a project. What people get wrong on their own is permissions and the approval step, and those are the two that cause the expensive mistakes.
We do not have an IT person. Who runs it afterwards?
Either you, with the documentation we leave behind, or AI Managed, our monthly service that watches cost, quality and drift and answers the questions. Be Cloud runs the Microsoft 365 platform underneath under the same agreement.
