AI for Manufacturing

The defect that leaves the factory costs a hundred times the one that does not.

Quality is checked by tired eyes at the end of a shift, maintenance happens when something breaks, and every certificate of conformance is typed in twice. AI does each of those better, once the data it needs is connected and a person still owns the line.

AI Readiness

In manufacturing the question is almost always data: is it captured, is it connected, can it be trusted. Two weeks of evidence answers that before you buy a camera or a model.

Find out where your business actually stands before you spend.

The six stages for manufacturing

  1. 1 Discover
  2. 2 Define
  3. 3 Design
  4. 4 Deploy
  5. 5 Defend
  6. 6 Develop
  • 1 Discover. where AI already is
  • 2 Define. where it pays
  • 3 Design. the architecture
  • 4 Deploy. into real workflows
  • 5 Defend. govern and control
  • 6 Develop. measure and expand

Questions

What manufacturing leaders ask us

Our machines are old and not connected. Is prediction possible?

Often, yes. Maintenance logs, job cards and operator notes carry more signal than people expect, and retrofitted sensors are cheap where they are needed. The AI Readiness Assessment tells you which machines have enough history to predict and which need six months of capture first.

Is computer vision the same as our security cameras?

No. Inspection cameras look at the product under controlled light and answer one question per unit. Plant security, access control and site video are Be Watch, our sister brand, and we bring them in under the same agreement when a project needs both.

How does this connect to our ERP?

Through the integration layer of the architecture: an API where the ERP has one, a file exchange or a monitored inbox where it does not. Every read and write is logged, so a wrong entry can be traced to the document that caused it.

Catch it on the line, fix it before it breaks, and type nothing twice.
