AI for Professional services
Your firm’s value is in its judgement. Its hours go on everything else.
Partners are paid for judgement and spend their evenings on intake, file notes and time narratives. AI can take the second list without touching the first, as long as someone designs where the line sits and who approves what leaves the firm.
Where AI pays first
Three things AI does in professional services before anything else

AI Fundamentals
The partners decide what the firm will and will not do with client information before any tool is chosen. Half a day in one room gets that decision made.
Workshops that make AI understandable, without the hype.
Questions
What professional services leaders ask us
Can we use AI on privileged material at all?
Yes, when the design keeps the material inside a tenancy you control, prevents the model provider training on it, and records who asked what. That is an architecture decision made before the first document is uploaded, and it is the first thing we design for a firm.
Will clients accept AI-drafted work?
Clients accept work a partner has approved. The drafting tool is no different from a precedent library or a junior: the professional who signs is responsible for it. What clients will not accept is confidential information reaching a public tool, which is why the policy comes before the productivity.
We are a small practice. Is this only for large firms?
A three-partner practice gains more per person than a large firm, because the partners do more of the administration themselves. The tools you already licence are usually the starting point; the design is what makes them safe and useful.

How AI pays elsewhere
Give the partners their evenings back without giving away the file.
Thirty minutes with an AI architect who understands confidentiality, then a written note on what we would do first.
